今年の夏

みなさんこんにちは！藤井です

 

７月に入り本格的な夏がやってきましたね！

気温も上がり、晴れたり雨になったりと

みなさん体調など崩したりしていないですか？(>_<)

 

私はすでに先月体調を崩してしまいました。。

みなさんも体調管理に気をつけてくださいね!!

 

話は変わりますが、

今までの私の夏はソフトボールに打ち込んでおり、

今では考えられないくらい肌は真っ黒で

毎日汗だくでボールを追いかけてました！

 

今年はソフトをしていない夏なので、

すごい新鮮な感じです（笑）

ソフトが恋しいと思ってるのか自分でもよくわからないのですが、

先日久しぶりにバッティングセンターに行ってきました！

まず服装にやる気がないですね！笑

６０球打っただけで次の日筋肉痛でした。

毎日打って素振りしてたのになぁと衰えを感じました。。

けど久しぶりにいい汗かけました！

 

これ以上衰えないよう、自分もトレーニングを続けたいと思います！
